Originally from Hopewell VA, I grew up throughout the Mid-Atlantic states. Placing a high value on my Virginia roots I landed back in Virginia at VA Tech, finally settling in Metro Richmond in the early 90’s. In Richmond, I followed my training in Landscape Architecture, and built my career as a highly respected commercial landscape service professional. I routinely work with Homeowners, Property Owners, Presidents of Management Companies, Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, and Onsite personnel. My passion serving real estate professionals preceded my entrance into real estate and keeps me motivated today. Through continuous research and educational opportunities I keep abreast of trends.  Furthermore, I fully understand and care about what motivates a homeowner, property owner, or buyer and know that listening and learning about a client’s needs is essential in real estate. Knowing how to work with various personae is my greatest asset to client success and helping me to maintain relationships with homeowners, property owners, buyers, and business owners. My most important wins are: Making clients feel comfortable; Relieving my clients of the stresses in a real estate transaction; Allowing clients to work at their own pace; Keeping clients properly informed; and Creating my client's best solution.
