Originally from Hopewell VA, I grew up throughout the Mid-Atlantic states. Placing a high value on my Virginia roots I landed back in Virginia at VA Tech, finally settling in Metro Richmond in the early 90’s. In Richmond, I followed my training in Landscape Architecture, and built my career as a highly respected commercial landscape service professional. I routinely work with Homeowners, Property Owners, Presidents of Management Companies, Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, and Onsite personnel. My passion serving real estate professionals preceded my entrance into real estate and keeps me motivated today. Through continuous research and educational opportunities I keep abreast of trends. Furthermore, I fully understand and care about what motivates a homeowner, property owner, or buyer and know that listening and learning about a client’s needs is essential in real estate.
